#2 Mark the Driveway with the address on a reflective sign that we can find both for inspections and for emergency response

 

# 3 Print the Gem County Fire District Two Permit Application

#4  Complete - Do not leave any section blank - Send to 6922 Sweet Ola Highway, Sweet Idaho  83670, include your permit fee

#5 We will contact you to arrange a site visit and then issue a permit.  Print these Road Specs

#6  Contact us for final inspection with compaction test emailed in advance to gemfire2board @gmail.com.  Make sure your test indicates 95% or greater compaction at each testing location.
