Subscribers

Subscribers are those who live outside of Gem County and desire to enter into an agreement with the Gem County Fire Protection District #2 for fire protection.

The fire protection shall be for a term of one year commencing on June 1st each year and expire on May 31st of each year.

​

In consideration for such fire protection, the owner agrees to pay Gem County Fire Protection District #2 the current assessed value of the owner's property multiplied by the current levy rate (see current agreement).

Agreements must be sent to the Gem County Fire Protection District #2 at

6922 Sweet Ola Hwy, Sweet, ID 83670.
